Mr. Holley is a Managing Director of Octant Quantitative Investment Management LLC. Mr. Holley has over 20 years experience in developing quantitative investment trading strategies. Many of these strategies are employed by and form the backbone of Octant’s trading strategies.

Mr. Holley holds a MAcc, as well as a B.S. in Accounting, from Brigham Young University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Mr. Holley had over 30 years experience as a CPA, starting his career at Arthur Andersen & Co. Mr. Holley audited and consulted multi-billion dollar public, private, and non-profit corporations in various parts of the world. His most recent efforts included being an expert and consulting witness in commercial litigation cases, conducting fraud examinations, and performing forensic accounting.

Mr. Holley has lectured at Brigham Young University and is conversant in Spanish. Mr. Holley has passed the Series 65 exam.
